Monitoring competitors' prices automatically

Pricing in self-storage moves, and checking competitors by hand doesn't scale. A daily job now tracks rivals' prices automatically: one competitor exposes a pricing API across dozens of branches, so we pull it directly; another has none, so we scrape it carefully from the page.

Every run is snapshotted with a date, building a history the client can look back over, feeding an admin view where the team manages their own prices against the market. Pricing decisions made with eyes open, not in the dark.
