A connected pet-health app for My Pet Health
A consumer pet-health app that plugs into vets' existing practice software — syncing every pet's care record and letting owners book, pay and stay on top of their pet's health in one place.
This is a consumer health app, so privacy and correctness aren't optional. We built it multi-tenant, penetration-tested, with GDPR account deletion and careful rules so bad third-party data never overwrites what a pet owner has told us.
My Pet Health is a consumer pet-health app, sold to veterinary practices and used by their clients. It plugs into the practice-management software vets already run — no rip-and-replace — and gives pet owners a single, trustworthy view of every animal's vaccinations, worming, insurance and appointments.
We designed and built the whole platform on .NET and Azure: a mobile-app API, a secured gateway that syncs data in from each practice's system, an internal management portal, and an embeddable multi-tenant booking widget — backed by event-driven background jobs that send reminders and push notifications at exactly the right moment.
The app gives our clients a single, trustworthy view of their pet's health — and it just syncs from the systems we already use.

Discovery & integration mapping
We mapped how pet data flows out of the many practice-management systems vets use, and designed a single secured gateway that could take pushes of owners, animals, treatments, reminders and balances — without asking any practice to change software.
The pet-health app
We built the mobile app's API around a weighted health score, per-pet care records, appointment booking and in-app payments — with defensive validation so messy third-party data never overwrites what an owner has entered.
Booking & reminders
We integrated the practices' real appointment calendars for single and multi-pet bookings, and built an event-driven reminder engine that fans out push notifications through a message queue at the right time.
Multi-tenant & compliant
We made the whole thing multi-tenant across practices and branches, added an embeddable booking widget, and built GDPR-compliant account deletion with staged, ordered cleanup.

Each pet gets a 0–100 score built from its real care record, with every factor explained in plain English — so owners know exactly what to do next.

Owners book single or multiple pets straight against the practice's live calendar, and pay their vet in-app — no phone calls, no friction.
