A multi-tenant SEO analytics platform

A multi-tenant SaaS that aggregates data from six SEO providers, tracks rankings over time and turns them into branded, shareable client reports — with machine-learning insight and usage-based billing.

Built for scale

SEO reporting is deceptively heavy — many APIs, strict rate limits, millions of data points. We built a queue-based engine with batching, throttling and caching so reports come back fast without ever tripping a provider's limits.

About

This platform is a multi-tenant SaaS for SEO agencies. It tracks how clients' websites rank on Google, pulls authority, backlink, content and page-speed metrics from a range of third-party providers, and turns them into branded, shareable client reports — including a commercial view that projects revenue from rankings.

We built an aggregation engine that normalises six-plus SEO data sources behind a single queue-based job pipeline, with per-provider rate limiting and credit accounting, real-time progress over the wire, and machine-learning models that predict rankings and score backlink quality. After eight years on .NET Framework, we rebuilt it on .NET 8.

“
It pulls every SEO tool we pay for into one branded report, on a schedule, and even predicts where pages will land. It's the backbone of how we report to clients.

How we built it

A multi-stage approach.

01

Discovery & aggregation design

We designed a pluggable job pipeline where each SEO data provider is a plug-in behind one queue — so rankings, backlinks, authority, page speed and content scores all normalise into a single report.

02

The reporting platform

We built multi-tenant organisations with white-label branding, scheduled and repeatable reports, shareable public links and PDF/Excel export — with live progress pushed to the browser as long-running jobs complete.

03

Machine-learning insight

We trained models that predict a page's ranking position from its authority, backlinks and Core Web Vitals, and classify toxic backlinks — turning years of historical data into forward-looking insight.

04

Scale & modernisation

We tuned the queue engine for throughput — batching, rate-limiting and caching — and later rebuilt the seven-year-old codebase on .NET 8 to keep it fast to evolve.

The impact

What changed.

One report, every source

Six-plus SEO providers — rankings, backlinks, authority, page speed, content — normalised into a single branded report, with per-provider rate limiting and credit accounting handled for you.

Rankings you can forecast

A machine-learning model predicts where a page will rank from its authority, links and Core Web Vitals, turning millions of historical data points into a forecast.

Toxic links, flagged automatically

A second model scores backlink quality, automating an audit that agencies used to do by hand.

From rankings to revenue

The platform layers conversion rate and order value onto positions to project revenue — the commercial outcome clients actually care about.

Got a data-heavy product in mind?

If your platform has to pull together many third-party data sources and make sense of them at scale, that's exactly the kind of thing we build.
