Vets already run practice-management software, and no one wants to replace it. So the platform now plugs into it through a single secured gateway: practices push their pet owners, animals, weights, treatments, reminders, insurers and account balances straight into the app.

Each branch's address is geocoded on the way in to power the app's 'find your practice' map, and defensive validation makes sure messy third-party data never overwrites what an owner has entered themselves. The vet keeps their software; the owner gets a live, trustworthy view.
