How we score your pet's health

Owners want to know, at a glance, whether they're on top of their pet's care. Every animal in the app now gets a 0–100 health score, built from its real record — worming and flea-and-tick treatment, vaccinations, weight, insurance, microchipping and vet visits — each weighted by how much it matters.

Crucially, every factor comes with a plain-English explanation, so the score isn't a mystery number: it tells the owner exactly what's up to date and what needs attention. Young pets even skip the weight factor, because there's no healthy range to measure against yet.
