Getting fees and VAT right, every time

Ticketing money is fiddlier than it looks: a platform fee, a promoter fee, VAT on some of it, all varying by event. We built Rebll a configurable fees-and-VAT engine that calculates the right charges on every ticket and every basket, keeping platform and promoter fees cleanly separated.

Because it's driven by configuration rather than hard-coded, fees can be tuned per promoter and per event without a code change, and the VAT is handled and recorded correctly throughout. It's the unglamorous accuracy that keeps everyone's books — and the taxman — happy.
