A white-label ticketing marketplace for Rebll Tickets
Rebll Tickets is a multi-tenant, white-label event-ticketing and commerce platform — a marketplace where any promoter can sell branded tickets, get paid to their own account, and run the door.
The hard part of ticketing isn't taking a card payment — it's being a marketplace: isolating every promoter's data, paying each of them into their own account, and getting the fees, VAT and reconciliation exactly right. That's what we built for Rebll.
Rebll Tickets is a white-label event-ticketing platform — a marketplace where event promoters get their own branded storefront, sell tickets to consumers, and are paid directly into their own payment accounts. It's genuinely multi-tenant: every promoter's data is isolated, and branding is set per promoter and per event.
We built Rebll from scratch on .NET as a modular monolith, orchestrated with .NET Aspire: a consumer checkout, an embeddable sales widget promoters can drop into their own sites, a full box-office back-office, and an admin control plane — with marketplace payments, digital-wallet ticket issuance and privacy-aware marketing attribution built in.
They built us a proper platform, not just a checkout — our promoters get their own branded storefront, their own payouts, and everything they need to run the door. It's the engine of our whole business.
A multi-stage approach.
Discovery & architecture
We designed a multi-tenant platform where promoters are first-class tenants — with per-promoter data isolation enforced at the database layer, and a clean, interface-driven service architecture that could grow with the product.
Ticketing & commerce
We built the core: events, venues and a flexible ticket-type engine with dependencies, caps and add-ons; a session-based basket with time-limited reservations; and a configurable fees-and-VAT engine spanning platform and promoter charges.
Marketplace payments
We integrated two payment providers — Stripe Connect and Square — with connected-account onboarding, payments straight into promoters' own accounts with the platform fee taken at source, automated reconciliation and payout logging.
Box office & growth
We added the operational tooling — guestlists, complimentary tickets, staff accreditation with bulk upload, digital-wallet tickets — and privacy-aware marketing attribution through the Meta and TikTok server-side APIs.
What changed.
Every promoter, their own marketplace
A multi-tenant, white-label platform gives each promoter a branded storefront and payouts to their own Stripe or Square account — with their data isolated from every other tenant.
Payments built for a marketplace
Two payment providers, connected-account onboarding, platform fees taken at source and automated reconciliation — money flows to promoters directly, with a configurable platform fee taken on the way.
Tickets in the customer's wallet
Every ticket is issued as a QR code and PDF, and as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass — ready for the door.
Growth that survives the cookie crackdown
Server-side conversion tracking to Meta and TikTok, with hashed data, consent gating and a durable outbox, keeps marketing attribution working as browsers lock cookies down.
Guides from this project
How to build a ticketing marketplace on Stripe Connect and Square
Make the promoter the merchant of record: connect their own Stripe or Square account, take payments on it, and take your cut as a platform fee. Cap that fee to fit both providers' limits, set up Apple Pay and Google Pay on every promoter's account, record the real processing fee, and fix every bug on both providers together.
How to add Apple Wallet and Google Wallet tickets to your platform
Add an Apple Wallet pass and a Google Wallet save link to each ticket, both signed with credentials Apple and Google issue to you. Keep the QR code exactly as it is so door scanners still work, serve passes from unguessable links that need no login, and switch wallets on per organiser once each has been verified.
Platforms: Stripe, Square, Apple & Google Wallet
Building a marketplace or multi-tenant platform?
If you're building a product where many businesses sell through one platform — with their own branding, payouts and data — we've built exactly that.
