Partial refunds, end to end

Refunds are deceptively hard in payments, so we built them properly. Paypolli merchants can now refund all or part of a transaction, add a reason, and the platform tracks exactly how much has been returned and when — flipping a transaction's status back automatically if a refund is later cancelled and no active refunds remain.

Every case is driven by Stripe webhooks so the platform's view always matches Stripe's, right down to the awkward edges like a refund arriving with no reason. It's the unglamorous correctness work that keeps merchants' books — and their customers — happy.
